Nice view...lose the ledge, focus doesnt seem sharp enought, or so it feels 6

The horizon seems tilted and the foreground is too overpowering. The railing in the foreground leads the viewer's eye to the left.

The tilted horizon is easily fixed in most editing software.

The horizon is tilted clockwise a good 3 degrees. I suspect you were forced by the object in the foreground, I think it would have been better if you cropped that object off and then fixed the horizon. (no vote)

I think I would have liked this shot better without the balcony at the bottom, though I do like the "pipe" going off to the left. What first caught my eye though is the streak from the plane in the sky.

Would've been better if the foreground was cropped.
