How in the world is this staying up

too small

you may well be the last one to get a shot of this. I took one of an old barn in about this condition ... a week later it was hit by a tornado ... only the foundation remains! I like it a lot!

Picture is really small. I would like to have seen it bigger.

a fixer upper 7

Image is small which makes it hard to see details and appreciate what you have to offer. A bit overexposed. Perspective is not the most exciting.

the pic is to small to appreciate. but anyway dont see any extraordinary here.

Neat derelict building.. Pity you've uploaded such a small image. The light is a little harsh for this type of photo IMHO, you're better off late afternoon or early morning depending on which way the building faces, it brings out the colours and textures of the subject so much more.

image is too small.. this sounds more like a topic for the "newspaper" challenge, not extraordinary
07/02/2004 02:24:07 AM
Its hard to really judge this image because its so small... a larger image would have been better. From what I can tell, it looks like a nice shot.

This would have been a good shot for the last challenge- newspaper
07/01/2004 09:03:24 PM
Way too small.

Its a bit small and kinda hard to see detail but looks a little out of focus.

The quality of this image is very poor.. the image itself is too small... a shame really because I would have liked to see this clearly
07/01/2004 09:17:14 AM
I'd like to see it a bit larger, but a nice subject.
06/30/2004 11:38:07 PM
Great subject, excellent background - might be better if the camera is pulled back a little to show more of the surrounding. Unfortunately, the picture's too small so I couldn't see the details I would've loved to examine. Good location and nice attempt though!

you need to submit a larger photo, I like the composition, but the resolution just doesn't compete.

I feel that my previous voting method was perhaps a bit too critical for this event.

This site's group is full of promising talent, and I would like to encourage that, and therefore will compensate for my previous median standard by ascribing your photographs a '10' rating this time.

In the future I will inspect each photograph, and really look for the beauty, design, and thought provoking composition will connects us.

A newspaper reject??
06/30/2004 04:04:00 PM
nice photo, needs to be bigger though. 5
06/30/2004 02:27:56 PM
are you sure you entered this in the right challenge??? picture size is to small. perhaps a resave as a lesser quality then resize
06/30/2004 12:26:17 PM
You may get this comment a lot, but bigger is usually better if the resolution will stand it. Suggest maxing the dimensions on a square comp to provide more (and hopefully more interesting) detail.
06/30/2004 11:31:05 AM
Just a little small and maybe a little darker in contrast.
06/30/2004 09:38:38 AM
More pixels please - if you use the full 640 we can get a better look at the picture. Tiny images are often a newbie problem. Search the forums for info on resizing for DPC.

If you tell me someone lives there... that's extraodinary
Too small photo, i can't see the details.
06/30/2004 03:42:16 AM
