Seagulls and a Rock, Taken to Flight, Spooked, Flight, Take-off, Seagulls, Gulls in Flight, Take Flight.
This was a flock of seagulls that I carefully snuck up on. Was able to get pretty close, something spooked them and they all started taking off. This was all I was able to get before they spread out. But I was very happy to get this.
Post Processing: Brightness/Contrast, Neat Image, clone/healed out some people/annoying specs, Blur sky, very slight motion blur on seagulls, resize, USM |

I just got a chance to look at this picture. I think it is outstanding. Free studies are some tough competion, I have learned, but you really got a great capture with this one. I think it should have done MUCH better. I love the shot. Hope you are enjoying the sony.
