I like this photo, and voted it well, but I think it could have been even better if it was cropped tighter (maybe maybe it portrait instead of landscape).

This makes me laugh, because I know that MY focus would have been on the cotton candy, NOT the game! I like the perception of action about to take place, and that, though it is clearly missed focus, you can still see what's going on. 7

At first, I was thinking that the seller and candy should be lighter, but then thinking about it...you were metering for the action shot and he got in the way. I think, for that reason, it makes it a perfect shot. I hope others see it the same way.
