A Dandelion Festival volunteer, resting at the end of what was doubtlessly a long day directing traffic and doing knows whatever else volunteers do, during an annual, 2-day festival that celebrates weeds!
I spoke to my subject after the shoot and learned that he had recently decided to hang up his life modelling gig. So he knows how to assume a stance that doesn't look like he's posing, even when he's not :-)

A lot of nice primary colours here. The perspective view of the brick wall gives a slight slanted feel to the picture---the lines in the bricks run "downhill" from right to left. It might look better if you rotated the image so that the lines on the brick wall were running straight across the frame.
BTW, I don't get the tie in between the picture and the title/caption. What am I missing?
I like the bright colors. Dandelion Festival huh? I would like to go....in the spring I make dandelion jelly. I tried to make dandelion wine once but it turned out "gluppy" lol
Hmmm, I like the idea, but I wonder of a different perspective or depth of field could have worked nicer. The building in he background seems to be stealing a lot of the scene.
