| This is a National Monument, Arlington National Cemetary, a Landmark, and there is an American Flag, on the right horizon. I like the photo very much, but, it does not qualify for this Challenge. |

Distortion from a wide angle lens doesn't work for many shots, but is well-suited for this image. Great clarity & detail.

| The fish-eye effect works very well here to emphasize the horizon and expanses of graves. |

| The fish-eye lens makes this a rather unusual image. The white sky was terrible - but you did really well to get rid of it the best you could. Title and subject definitely meet the freedom theme. |

This would make more sense if the headstone showed a soldier who died in a war. I'm not saying thi man did not make sacrifices but the title and photograph imply the cost of freedom is sometimes death and this man obviously lived quite a long time after serving in those wars.
Photographically, it is a nice documentary photo of the cemetary. |
