This is astonishing. Just when I think I understand what I am looking at, I realize it is far more... And there is that wierd thing at the lower left where a young woman appears to be diapering a rather large teddy bear. Where do all the faces come from? Is this just a framed mirror set into a wall? Why does no one discuss this? Why are there so many lukewarm votes? Aargh, there is no one left but me to go running throught the streets crying, Mira, Mira. Could it be because it is in Switzerland? The wrong part of Switzerland for crying Mira Mira.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: I really like this; great framing of the enthusiastic subjects, great reflection, great coloration and great meta-framing offered by ivy. It all hangs together really well.
Critical stuff: Nothing.
Overall: Very well crafted image - I like it a lot. |

I like the overall composition, with the vines creating somewhat of a natural border and the wall creating a matting. I'm not sure what to think of the window itself. Is that a reflection, are we seeing into it? |

Like the placement of the subject with the vines on the outside. Also good color. |
