 Thanks to some weird fluke of light I got a gorgeous picture with basic editing, only to find out that this is an advanced editing challenge, because somehow cows need advanced editing.

Reduce Noise, Crop, curves, that's about it.

It's not a weird fluke, you just got it right in the camera and didn't need any of the fancy tricks.

i think i would like this more if it wasn't desaturated. i think it needs some greenery. such a lush forest and nothing green - looks sort of dead!

This would have been perfect if you had caught the entire body and head of the cow.

allora, il titolo mi ha fatto ridere....pero...per un paradiso mancha un po di colore - l'effetto potrebb'essere forse meglio con piu verde...

There is something very magical about this forest, the lighting, and the way you processed it. I'm not sure the cow butt adds to the image, or is enough to make it a "bovine" image.
