 yesterday in the park i took a pic of this random child on the slippery dip .. i was sitting at a table with bench seats .. i felt a bit uncomfortable coz the parents glanced at me a couple of times .. i reckon if i was a guy i would'v got a more interactive reaction .. !!
the birds i took a couple of weeks ago ..
the rustic look is from some bark overlayed i took on the firetrail ..

in a way i wish the child had been smiling or laughing ..?

I really like the colours on this. The boarder as well. Overlay adds to this picture. Must learn how to to them sometime.

OMG- your brilliance is shining thru ...I think this is really thought provoking/ the first thing I thought of was the movie but it doesn't fit in that context. I just have to call it awesome , Roz -

Poor child, was she hurt? ;) This looks mysteriously like a scene from The Birds. It's wonderful to look at over and over. Great job Roz.

the tones are fabulous.. The seriousness of the child fitting w the birds as the whole image seems angelic to me.. u know how things strike pple?. In other words like a child that maybe elsewhere such as heaven not on earth..

Lovely elements of life. All the golden tones work perfectly against the black to give it sort of a surreal and rich feel.
