Cannot see the 'Stock' qualities of this image. If the challenge was just 'Medicine' then it may be closer to the challenge topic.

The B&W processing here I am not sure works. I think this image needed colour in it. The image has way to much of a 'grey' feel, with much of the image being a very similar grey......I don't think this helps the image.
