I was going to use hands bound by chains in the background, but that kinda gave a fetishy look to it; not what I was after at all. :-)

Lit with a desk lamp. The background was actually blue, but the lighting made it black.

Post-processing - Cloned out one little annoying spot on the chain, and that is about it. Maybe a touch of saturation, but I'm not sure.
Croppe, resized, NI, compressed.

I think this is pretty unique as compared to the rest. The orange on black goes well too. Well done.

I would have liked this much better with a silver chain. Or even a black chain with a white background. I think the yellow makes it look cheap like plastic. Good picture though.

My first impression was that a metal chain would have been better. But the image would not have been nearly so striking. And the more I consider it, there are lots of things in all of our lives that limit our freedom, but that with the same effort as breaking a plastic chain (not insignificant, but not impossible) we could break out of and be more free. So to me, this photo not only catches the eye, but has a great symbolic meaning.
