Excellent Doubble Exposure! Excellent Title, and composition!

Bold and creative concept, with decent execution. Some voters are beating me up for being "tasteless", so I am sympathetic in that regard!

This idea is great but the prolonged exposure took away all clarity to make it first rate.

Very funny and well executed. Your flash is a pain in the arse though, but for this kind of shot it's forgivable.

Wow! I am impressed. Great depiction of the soul leaving the body. Don't think your Title really fits this meaningful picture, but you get a 9 anyway.

Technically excellent, but the subject matter is offputting--to me, anyway.

Interesting symbolism, and clever processing. I'd love to know how you did it - are you planning to submit a tutorial?

Nice interpretation, would have gone more contrasty myself as the shot looks a bit like a snapshot, maybe desaturation would have assisted.

Good Luck
