 Undoubtedly my toughest challenge to date, and I have no clue as to how my submission will be received! (not that my opinion of the quality of my images has ever corresponded with the scores I receive!)

I was able to research technique on still life's, portraits, and minimalism, but Wikipedia failed me when it came to Nixter! Reading the discussion boards helped, but after walking the streets of Los Angeles for two days and coming up with some images which I thought were on the right track, then who to ask for a second opinion?

Good experience overall, practicing my covert techniques, but am needing more confirmation from the DPC crowd before airing my newfound confidence in public!

The content is nixterish to me, but the crispness of his shadows and lights just isn't there.
