 The remote for our TV and VCR shot a sheet of blue and a sheet of white craft "cardboard" placed to join diagonally. Natural light from a soutwest facing window.

Nice photo. I like how you did the background, I think that it sets off the remote well. Interesting choice of subject.

How are the words playing a creative role in your composition? A solid white background would work better here.

composstion is nice. the blue/white split background is very suitable. However, this image just doesnt jump out at me.
