Fabulous idea. Underexposing could only have helped you freeze the action.

Oooh is that the CSV CR8??? Had a ride in one a few weeks ago at a GM open day I did a photo shoot at. This was pulled down in post though hehe.

Image is too closely cropped on the left and right sides. Nice crisp image, though, using just enough range of tones to give the car shape and define the paint scheme.

Having taken one of these, I know how hard it is to get it so clear. But I think cropping this tight you did a disservice to the image since there is no motion blur - it looks like it's standing still.

I like the way the reduced exposure has isolated the car from it's surroundings. It would have been great to have captured the orange glow of the brakes with the desatuation had it been possible.

Oh, by the way - Aussie cars go KPH ;-)

This is amazing. I'm a bit captivated by this one. It's so sharp yet so unreal because of the lack of color and the subdued tones that it looks like a toy car, until you notice the rims (and your helpful title). Very cool photo.

This seems like a normally exposed picture that has been darkend to me but hey I could be wrong
