 I need a better title. LOL! Not sure how this will do. Actually I'm not sure it's legal to "flash" a deer in a wildlife preserve. I was driving through after getting my bridge shot from the beach along the river and saw this. Taken from the window of my car. One flash & gone! I think it was a lucky catch.

I can't unfortunately clearly see him, indeed. Moreover the image don't say "fill flash" IMO - and even don't say obviously flash. I'm this capture was a great moment for you, but seen from here, as a photographic result, it's less interesting.

nice capture, good work with your fill flash, great title (cause it looks like the doe is wearing an eye patch!)

Overall, this is a decent photo. What keeps it from being great is too much vignetting (in my eyes), the feeling of over-sharpening, and the half covered face.
