Nice rural scene with a great backdrop - but I suspect the film noise and relatively small size of the horses will go against you.
As the horses are clearly the main visual focus it would have been nice to see them filling the screen with head held high and flowing manes rather than in the background.

I like the grain and action of the shot. The fence and head gear sort of gives it away that these aren't quite wild horses so I've knocked of a couple of points. 5. |
