So this one needs an explanation.
My brother in law has never agreed in their 12 years of marriage to get a family portrait taken. My sister needed one for the upcoming holidays, so she sort of tricked him into this one. When they came to visit us last weekend, they were all dressed up ready to go to church, she talked him into going outside my house and having me take a few "snap shots". Because they were snapshots and he wasn't very excited about it I didn't have time to worry about lighting, poses or backdrop. So this is what I got.

Not too great. I had taken some just plain landscapes for the off centered challenge I just did and decided to use the layering techniques I have learned in this side challenge to merge the two photos together. My sister was really surprised when she got the photos back!
Still squinting, and not posed the greatest but the background is a great improvement don't you think!

LOL! Men often need tricking to get them to do anything.

Excellent! I expect she was really pleased with the result (& so was he, after he got over the surprise!). Good work!
