 my daughter playing with her new baby doll tonight- candid; taken with my broken D80 camera (i have to pry the flash up because it does not pop up when button is pressed, tameron lense was broken; i found my sigma lense and gave it a few shots- this is one that happened to be when she only had her hand in the frame, she was fixing the baby's binky, I hope this does well but even if it does average I am happy with it. yes i'm sure comments will be made about the satin and the white-spot on it, this is not a set up posed shoot tho; so imperfection is kind of what kids are all about when playing... i did clone out a couple of incidental hairs on the doll- and did a little burning - sharpened a little - desaturated selectivly / :-) I hope it looks OK; this is my effort with one eye that sees clearly and the other completely out of focus

This would be more effective if the child was playing / interacting in a move visable way with the doll, the hand is not enough to give me the impression of it being a child

its hard to find a shot where selective desat really works well, but definitely fits the cahallenge

I would like to have seen a bit more colour as its a little washed out.
