I can almost hear the gulls and smell the salt air. Beautifully done and I, too, like the contrast here.

This looks almost like a drawing. It's not at all like the landscape in AZ. I would hang out there often too if I lived nearby.

those pier legs look nearly too flimsy to hold up the building .!!. its a great shot alicia .. really like your contrasty processing .. :)

I like this kind of picture - almost a snapshot - the lines appear to converge just off to the right which makes the image feel somehow incomplete - as if something is happening elsewhere

This reminds me of what the Jersey shore used to look like when I was a kid. Really, you could have torn this right out the pages of my memory. Love it!

Very "pen and ink." I like the contrasts and the linear quality. This made me think of Calif and in fact, it's Florida. Happy New Year!
