Thanks to everyone who voted and took the time to leave comments.

I'm a hospital office worker and had this nurse duck sitting on my desk for a long time. I waited patiently for the next ducky challenge to be announced and went from there.

One thing I found very interesting was almost all of the comments were from women who found the shot great. I had hoped this would end up in the top 5 but after a friend pointed out the fact that mostly women were responding to this, I realized why it wasn't scoring higher...the shot didn't hit it home with the males here as it did with the females. It's a theory anyway.

Either way, I'm glad it ended in the top 10.

Creative use of props! Book light as hospital light, two different sized peppers for mom & baby....and...and the string...it's the UMBILICAL cord! I like the imaginative and creative set-up in your scene. Very well done.
