Well, another double exposure using the "cover the lens bulb mode" technique :)

It's a bit repeating, but I wanted to try on this monument and hadn't had a chance yet.

I imagine I'll get a validation request first thing in the morning :)

I've been away for a long time from DPC, ever since I started university again it's been hard to submit...

Used 2 lenses for this shot, the moon at 220mm and the monument at 10mm.

The moon looks excellent!! The castle is a little soft. Graet job overall.

Nice shot! Just a heads up as to how we can tell the moon is fake, for future reference (not sure if you're even allowed to add the moon, but...) - you can tell it's a wide angle shot because of the distortion on the castle, so the moon would be 1/100th the size it is in the picture. You can also tell it had a long shutter speed because of the star movement in the top-left. SO, the moon would be totally blown out / blurry if it was shot at the same time as the scenery.

:)

Awesome scene though! I dig it.

Wow that moon is amazing! Kind of takes away from that structure though, can't take my eyes off the moon.

WOW. The moon makes the shot. Is it really leaning? This is terrific.

Nice perspective and overall great photo! How did you get the moon looking so big?

Dramatic. I'm concerned this has been done with two captures, however. I'm not voting, but obviously the size of the moon leads me to believe that some creative use of zoom has been applied. Regardless, your subject is nicely chosen and it's a very interesting scene.

Is that moon real? Does it look so big?

Pretty dramatic looking image. The moon almost looks like our blue planet earth here.

Looks to be a great picture...unfortunately it seems a little out of focus...maybe you were hand-holding the camera?

Not sure if the focus is on the moon or the building but both are over 100!
