| Normally I don't really like these light writing photos too much, but with the scene and processing you chose, it actually works out very well. |

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: This is very well done, I love how the making of the letters has lit the scene and all of the questions you have placed in front us (each without answers). I like how, grass aside, there is hardly any colour in the image yet it is clear it isn't monochrome.. The writing itself adds a great deal of menace - its hanging-in-space weirdness (despite it being clear how it was done), the meaning of the word and what it means to whoever is inside and whoever is outside - almost like we are being invited to view the scene through the eyes of a potential killer...
Critical stuff: Nothing
Overall: Fascinating and powerful. |

| Now THAT is just out and out spooky, eerie...and very well done. Love how you have the house framed between the two trees which silhouetted against the night sky evokes the feel of spookniness. The glowing floating word of 'alone' hovers in front of the house. Home Alone - got that loud and clear. The hovering word shines in the night - perhaps it is the ghost of the house who is either communicating it is a lonely spirit or it is a warning to leave, leave this abode alone. |
