I had the idea for this early. It took a while to get right. My poor patient daughter. We shot a lot of pictures over three separate sessions. She was a real trooper. The mirror is 8 1/2 feet tall and heavy. I drug it over near a window for better light. My wife shook her head when I taped a sheet from the ceiling for the background. I like the pic. My daughter liked it but thought she looked "creepy".

Wow! I am very, very happy and excited about my first ribbon. Thanks again for all of the great comments. And, a special thanks to my wonderful model/daughter.

This is a keeper. So good. Keep a copy and share it with her... she will get it someday, if not yet.

This was and is my pick for the blue. Please tell your daughter she is beautiful and tell yourself that you did one H of a job photographing her. It fits the challenge perfectly and com positionally it is the strongest of all the entries - in my never so humble opinion.

A lovely complex and complete image, technically strong, and very powerful conceptually. There is something sort of Gerhard Richter-ish about this. Nice work.

Fantastic photo. Such a great idea and execution. And a darling model. My 'models' usually require bribes or payoffs to participate in one of my photo shoots. Congratulations!
