 Someone "dumped" an extremely dusty car on my street, so I took a few pictures of it. Cropped out the part with writing and stuff.

Used two tone curves, one on the RGB channel to boost the contrast and highlight the textures, and one on the Blue/Yellow channel to change the color.

USM at 88%; 0.8 dia; TH=5; JPEG=5/10

paul, i added this to my faves a long time ago, and just noticed it again this morning. i don't know why, but it always gives me a grin. i really appreciate what you do here, and this image is one of the reasons why. thanks for everything!

OMG... that is a windshield!? Cool abstract. It's a nice departure from most of the other entries which so far have all been more "usual" presentations of the subject. I wonder if a lot of post processing was needed to give it the surreal contrast and color?

The green cast is very distracting. Without your title I wouldn't have known what I was looking at. It would have been more obvious if you had pulled back a bit to show more of the car or windshield.
