| A nicely done landscape, but bears little semblance to the challenge. Even an attempt at depicting the "old urban" is tenuous at best, having no evidence of ranching/farming/mining. The road is the only evidence of human alteration, a much needed element in any urban shot for me. I would have scored this well in a FS though, I am fond of the photo itself. |

Nice but, again .... where the heck is the urban evidence here? There are so many nice pictures disregarding the challenge that I might as well not vote and just enjoy looking at them.
I understand that all this splendor in the grass was destroyed by freeways but am I supposed to know the challenge and read the title and then understand? |

| I'm seeing some cool nature with a nicely windswept landscape. But where's the Urban? A dirt road doesn't really say "urban" to me. |
