 Shot through a piece of plastic smeared with vaseline (and the car windscreen).
Not cropped or pp except for auto contrast.

I wasn't driving. I was sitting in a carpark which faces the sidewalk (across the road) waiting for my husband to get off work for lunch.

Very nice. Actually, very beautiful. I have been wanting to use vaseline for making this kind of pictures, but it never occurred to me to use a piece of plastic ... all I ever thought of is smearing the vaseline on a lens filter, and I didn't want to ruin a filter by doing that. A piece of plastic sounds like a great idea! I am very glad you weren't driving!
