Robbed indeed...you know what you're doing, so don't worry about the score because most of the voters just didn't get it. |

I like your choice of focus. It really adds to the mood of the image. However, the bright yellow of the foreground oof flower overpowers the dull yellow of the flower in focus. Toning it down a bit I think would make the image even better.
Just my thoughts. |

Personally, I think this is a fantastic image. Very creative, nice use of blue. The composition is great - I like how everything is tilted just a little. I, too, only saw the perfectly focused reflection after several seconds of staring at the shot - I suspect that's why so many voted you low. Many voters don't take several seconds to look at a shot. Congratulations on a great photo! |

I wish the front and not the back flower was in focus. Interesting shot though. |

While there is a subtle blue cast, the yellow oof shape grabs all the attention. The title fits perfectly, but I don't think the image has much photographic merit. |

hmmm.... in this setup you have right now the yellow flower just isnt helping the image and if not for the sharp relfection i would have been questioning your ability to use a camera or the need for new pair of glasses. Maybe both the flower and the reflection should have been sharp. |

Focusing on the dim reflection while relegating the real world to a bright blur seems to embody the image's title rather well. |

Good idea. I love the reflection in the blue, just don't like the glaring out-of-focus flower near the front. However, it is probably a very good depiction of manic-depression! |

OOOH AWARD WINNING PICTURE. That is very creative. You slammed the composited well and thats it. Theres nothing to say about an 10 (A) Photograph beacuse its good 10 |

Excellent concept. The extreme blurriness of the foreground object is distracting though. |

I would love to know how you did this. My eyes first noticed the blurred flower and just when I start to think this is another blurred photo you see the clear flower in the reflection. My favorite so far. I think I see ET in the background! |

This is an incredible picture...I hope everyone who's voted on this doesn't just gloss it over. Very powerful! First 9 I've given in the blue category goes to you!
Even the irritating haziness which gets in the way of the in-focus flower adds incredible depth to this picture's meaning. beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
