Composition is good - lighting is ok. On the down side, the B&W image is really contrasty and it looks like the lips were done with a hue shift. The piercing has to be uncomfotable.

I really like this--it's a little scary though. Not crazy about piercing--don't quite know why anyone is compelled to do it. But this is very creative and sensual.

The coloring on the lips is uneven, not sure if it's the variation of the skin or not, but it looks unfinished. Interesting idea, her face is a little washed out.
