Touch busy with colors and textures but the tree is so dominant that I guess it makes the landscape minimal, I love the subdued colors, 7

Congrats on a tremendous image, love the subdued tones here and that tree is straight off a Tim Burton movie - fantastic. Hope this does well for you, my fave of this challenge.

I wonder if you could have recomposed to put the subject in the right hand third of the image. I see the mountain range in the background on the left with the tip of the branch pointing right to it. It might have made for a stronger composition. Everything else was done well. I don't mind that this appears a hair dark.

By the shape of that tree I'm guessing this is Vlado's. Really love that tree and this is the perfect image for this challenge but I find its a bit dark.

(As soon as this challenge was announced I thought of your images and how perfect this would be if only I lived in Victoria. Wondered if you would go and shoot this image .... and here it is).

This is my favorite, I had given it a 9, but it just keeps bringing me back. So I had to up it to a 10. Great shot.
