Gracious,
The capture of motion here is nice, but the image quality is lacking. You did not include your camera settings for this shot, so I can't really comment on how they affected the outcome of the image. It looks like high iso probably..
Compositionally, I would have tried to include the feet of the girl in the foreground. "Marching" is the theme of this shot and the feet that are doing this marching are cut off in the bottom of the frame.
Shots like this one are difficult for sure :)

| If it weren't for the very white highlights, the blue horizontal lights and low photo quality (probably a camera limitation you couldn't control), I think the photo would do nicely. Potential's there. |
