 Nice cold blustery day and a fine mist gave a nice blue sheen to this beach scene. the coal boats out on the water parked up whilst waiting for the port always look very peaceful to me. rock solid and never moving but always changing when you dont watch.

yes, this beach is about 20 minutes drive from where i live, on the east coast of australia. Our town is an industrial town, so there is always a stream of boats waiting for the port. we have had a la nina weather system this year after many many years of drought, so storm photos are fairly common!
