 Shoehorned in upon my return from holiday - I never even knew about this challenge until I got home.

Hoping for a mid-range 6 - something better than my overall average would be nice (6.34 at time of entering challenge)

Processing - basically I just threw everything at it until it looked good.

Right. Well, I'm going to give it to you, because you can take it.

You've got a sensational photo here. Stunning. But you somehow cocked up the horizon. Really? Also, the stones on the beach are so unsharp I'm sure this was hand-held, which is fine, of course.

Tones and colors are awesome, as is composition. Well done.

EASILY the best one in the challenge. The processing on this is absolutely perfect and creates the most wonderful emotive scene. The texture and the tones are gorgeous. I'd love to know your processing steps on this.
