 I couldn't get the lighting right for the longest time - then I tried using a flashlight, remember the paint with light challenge? 15 seconds is a long time to have fun putting just the right amount of light where you want it.

I like the contrast between the green and black back ground. Also the repitition of the water beeds make your eye follow down the reed.

Another breather from the tracks and the roads. Great angle and I accept your vanishing idea, although it could be argued that such a plant leave is not parallel, but hey, your presentation makes it so. Bumping from 5 to 6.

This is a truly striking image and a nice interpretation of lines converging from front to back. I like the fact that this effect is exaggerated by the fact that the subject actually does get narrower along it's length. Water droplets and interesting use of lighting add interest. Deep black background works very well.

This is just a great shot. The simplicity masks a brilliant composition and crop. The black background is outstanding. Captures the spirit of the challenge too, IMO. Great job.
