 Shot taken with Canon EF 28-135 Zoom lens at 135, hand-held. High contrast situation, bright sun, dark water with ripples. Editing in PWP: Cropped to select only about 5% of original. Saturation increased by prox 67% in HSL color space. Unsharp mask, radius 2, threshold 0.

Photo is very reminiscent of Monet. Lacks focus, but in this case, that's what makes it. Nice composition.

This is bordering on impressionistic to me... The glare and darkness makes it very difficult to tell what the subjects are. I'm also not seeing any strong subject being conveyed here.
