Very underrated image... a bit of a stretch for the unimaginative voter I guess. I think this would make a gorgeous print.

Not the sort of image that I would expect to do well in DPC challenges but lovely none the less.

Quite interesting to see the number of positive comments the image received, despite the low score.
Good work, well done.

While the idea is nice, neither the colors nor the composition here are strong enough to make this a great shot. One problem is that all your leading lines lead off screen. Whenever the speed voters eyes are led off the photo, without a balancing line or interest to draw them back they think "Done, next photo" and they don't give the shot the time it needs. Maybe if there was something of a different contrast or tone to focus my interst on? All the colors are about the same level.

This is absolutely beautiful. Shots like this remind me to pay attention to the potentials of motion. I tend to stay inside with the camera on windy days, maybe I shouldn't...

Nice abstract sunflower, but hard to determine botany here.

I'm not normally into impressionistic / abstract styles, but the colors and sense of motion in this really captured my attention. I applaud you for doing somethign different here, and doing it well. [7]

Beautifully abstract and something I would like to see succeeding in this challenge.
Good luck

I know some might find this too distracting or blurry, But I love it. It is a great abstract and a very different look for the challenge. Nice image.

While the motion creates a lovely effect, I have a hard time voting high on something that is possibly recognizable as life, but little else since no detail or context is evident (other than the title). I think this shot has high artistic merit, but I can only give it an average score in the challenge. (5)

In taking the photo I submitted to this challenge, the wind was my greatest enemy. Nice to see your sense of humor triumph!

I certainly like the effect. . . but question the propiety to the challenge.

Good colors, abstract, I like it a lot! Maybe you'll get many low ratings, but that's just the variable tastes of people, sorry. But on the other hand, if there are some people here, liking it as much as me, then I think this could be just above midrange.

Wow. Talk about going outside the box!. I admire your adventuresome spirit!
Excellent composition. I can look at this and SEE wind!
Colour is awesome, captured motion wonderfully. Nice to look at.
Top ten easy if not a ribbon!

Am I allowed to say that I like this? Obviously first glance says "oh its blurry and out of focus" but this is a nicely different abstract in my opinion. I love how the colors and shapes all meld together and I can almost feel the motion of the flowers. So I said it and all can berate me later - I like this one.

Delightful whirpool of colors! This is an exceptional image - well composed and exposed. I expect the DPC voters won't "get it" which is a real shame. The weakest link is the title, but that is so minor... but try something like "Fantasia" or "Poetry in motion." Overall, I hope this does well - it is so artistic and creative.

Wonderful! Great color and capture of movement. I am a big fan of such motion effects and this is well carried out (see my abstract entry for an example).
