 Thank gawd for clear water. This is the shallows of the Ottawa River, shot on a sunny day, as water rippled around rocks and helped accentuate the colours and shapes below. In essence, natural liquefiying was used :-)

pp: RAW-TIFF conversion, brightness/contrast, vibrance/saturation, HDR sliders, resize, sharpen, save for web

This doesn't look digitally manufactured to me. It doesn't look like there is anything to fool me into thinking it might be either.
