 This is taken of part of a sculpture titled Gapingstock by Jim Agard in the Skokie Sculpture Park.

Very pleased with the great comments and favorites. Thanks a lot. When the challenge was announced this topic was a bit outside my comfort zone, but I ended up having fun shooting it.

I love this image. I've been back to it over and over. Not sure if this is a massive iron sculpture or subatomic particles. Great depth, tones, shadow and light, texture and color. I feel like I'm in the photo, which gives this a greater weight than nearly anything else here. It's tangible.
