On the parkway between the Philadelphia Museum of Art and city hall, there is a block on the north side that has two statues depicting families. I was shooting around the area and saw the shadows on the wall of a building in the golden light of the setting sun. I was shooting the shadows and some movement behind the statue caught my eye. I looked further and saw several people bundled in quilts on cement walk by the wall behind the statue. I walked to the other statue and took this.

This is kind of sad in a way, and also evokes emotions in me, but in saying that, that is good, as it helps me to understand what is happening in this very strong emotive image..... This is excellent.....
