 I drove around to 5 or 6 parking lots looking for an oil spill and couldn't find any. I basically gave up on the idea because I wasn't about to go polluting for a picture. A couple of days later I decided to walk through the park and try to get a good photo of fallen leaves. Then I saw this oil spill on the park road! I found a nearby fallen leaf and took a ton of pictures of it with the oil.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SO SO MUCH LOVE IT... I ALWAYS HAD A LOVE OF THE WAY OIL LOOKS RE THE LUSTRE COLOURS ON THE PAVEMENT OR ON THE BITUMEN ROADS... THIS IS AN AWESOME IMAGE AND MISSED IF]T SOMEHOW AS THIS IS MY FIRST VIEWING OF IT...

Very cool! =) Great colors and concept. Congrats.

I'm a big fan of these 'stains' on a conceptual level and they are always available in the parking lot of my work when it rains. I've told people about the leaks but it never seems to stop =(

Love this one. Who would have thought an oil slick could be so nice. Makes me want to go spill oil all over the street :)

I expect we'll see lots of leaves (I did one too) but this is really glorious with the rainbow colors. So pretty.
