Er, great conceptually, but the highlighter you used is not technically neon, it is dirty yellow. |

Many of the entries to this challenge show bright, neon-like colors created with sources other than neon. Of course many show actual neon. I'm sure you have some relevant connection to neon in mind, but I don't see it in the photo. Sorry. |

Great silhouette of the hand...I like the touch of light...the text could be a little more relevant...and I donĂ¢€™t find the boarder that flattering for this pic |
