I consider myself a beginner with photoshop, so this project was a learning experience for me. I used the following elements for my entry. Taken at the zoo, home and waterfront walk. I also used a flood filter to create the water and lens flare to make the moon. I painted in the fog and blurred the hell out the background. I added texture to the robot using Kamodo skin. I did a lot of cloning, burning, color matchig, painted in shadows, etc.

Congratulations Frank on your totally deserved ribbon! While you may have used that Shakespearean scene as an inspiration, it takes a whole other meaning here, with the creature holding what's remaining of the human civilization, very clever.

A world apart from the other entries in this challenge. Completely awesome and the stand out shot. Compared to the seagull shots this is in a whole other league. Great imagination, and I expect a ribbon for this one.

great work love it, in my top 4 all on 9. not sure how you created the armour etc though? photo of predator? is what it look like to me? and a bit hamlet esque with the skull ;) "alas poor Yorick"
