 The day before this challenge was announced, I shot this fake moon at work. I played around with Pixelmator editing, and came up with something pretty cool.

So when this challenge came up, I thought of this shot and the high energy song from Ozzy, so I did a re-shoot and re-edit. again, I really like the final result. I don't do a lot of digital art, so this was a really big project for me.

Post Processing:
* White balance
* Increase brightness
* Increase contrast
* Increase definition
* Increase saturation
* S-curve
* Pixelmator
** Add layer with sunburst filter
** Add layer in which I pained all of the star using a low flow, high scatter brush
*** Used multiple sizes and opacities to create depth
* Take the saturation of the moon down to 25%
* Export as TIFF
* Resize
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG

Cool sun, really well done, but I don't like the shallow DOF on the moon. Should be able to see the whole moon clearly. Otherwise a great entry.

This is a really interesting piece here. I think it lacks emotion, but I know you put a lot of work into it, or at least it appears that way.

This is great. Looks totally like an album cover. Plenty of room on the "moon" to have text. Bravo.
