| You've chosen a subject with a lot of potential. With just a little more contrast the white could have stood out starkly against the dark, stormy sky. |

| Great use of repeated elements. Looks like maybe the JPEG compression has taken away much of the sharpness of this image. |

| Wonderful contrast between the white of teh building and the blackening skys. The gentle curves of the "sails" and the ragged leading edge of the storm, and the flags trying to get away from their poles. |
