 Renewed my membership specifically to enter this photo in best of 2011. Not sure what others will think but it's definitely up there with the top 5 photos I've taken this year I think. My friends mum bought a print of this and it's hanging in their hallway so I guess she must have liked it! Taken in february.

Hugely under-appreciated in my opinion. Wonderful textural detail, really good mono conversion, great 'mood'. I gave an 8, and it was every bit deserved.

Probably me, but a bright, starred light at the top of a long stair doesn't do much for me. I could see a ghostly figure ascending the stairs or something to add interest.
