Feeling a bit deceptive reading the comments. As I stated above I had no control of the lighting or the makeup, this was all set up at PSW. I only controlled the model herself by telling her how and where to stand and the settings and lens used. And of course processing. But I do wish I had access to pro makeup people and models like this. |

Was this a performance you captured or it is a setting of your own? Anyway, it is quite hypnotic... except the teeth. |

Dam thats a lot of effort to go to......
Good image but I thinks it hard to make a skinny naked girl look scary, the facial expression isnt doing it for me. |

Ths is quite the make-up and outfit. She looks like something I have seen at the San Deigo Zoo....but with a bit more clothing on. Different, and that is a good thing. |

After big hunt, Grog has night on town with Thag and Ugggg. Female greets Grog at cave entrance. Grog has forgetted female's day-of-borning. Grog sleep in hollow log tonight. Is quite cozy actually. |

Very cool concept, and well executed. I feel the framing is a bit tight, as if she is out of the forest, but now she is trapped in a box! |

"In mythos and literature, the dryad has been romanticized as a symbol of nature or a gentle & womanly creature. Keat's Ode to a Nightingale addresses them at "light-winged Dryad of the trees". The Dyrads fight on the side of light in The Chronicles of Narnia," spoke Professor Terminis as he walked to the front of his desk, turned and with a press of the button, turned on the overhead projector.
"This class," he turned back to the small handful of new hunters, "is a pretty lie. They are creatures of instinct. They will viciously attack any who come to close to their home trees. If several live in a closed circle, they attack like killer bees. They do send warning signals but most people don't know or understand what they are hearing. The best time to get rid of any infestation is at night...when the separate from their arboreal shelter and go out to gather nutrients."
Wow, mother nature gone mad or beastial! Great make-up and lighting. She has a deadly beauty to her - not something you want to stumble upon in the dark of night. |

Very nice makeup/bodypaint, I don´t really feel that the lighting and black backround though does the bodypaint justice, I know that it´s a lot more of a hassle but this, taken on location, like in a forest or in front of an abandoned cabin, something else than a studio would have gotten a LOT better score from me. |
