 On the last day of a Cruise, returning to New York, I was up early hoping to get som spectacular shots of the city, for the challenge that week was Skyline! What a perfect opportunity, at sea, returning at dawn, perfect challenge..... but do you see that bank of clouds? By the time the skyline was in view the sun was behind the clouds, ruining a perfect shot of the Stanton Island Ferry crossing right in front of the Statue of Liberty! The skyline shots all sucked, but at least I got this...

While the composition is good, you pushed the contrast to much. The colors need some toning down.

I just love shooting photographs against the sun. It is hard I think but this is great.

Great colors & sky. Interesting perspective on the bridge. Not a fan of the yellow circle around the sun.

i like the composition, but the saturation is way overblown, way oversharpened and too much noise.

Not sure about the sun in this one. The processing has left some halos around the sun and the bridge. This rather spoils it for me.

Something strange going on in the sky through the bridge and the water looks to be knitted.

Sorry but not at all liking the post processing of this image, the texture of the water, clouds and then the halo around the bridge. I have a feeling this shot looked better before.
