I like this and your "Street Lensbaby" pic. I like the abstrackyness of the LB. My interpretation from the images are that people are caught in their own little world and the surroundings are just a blur... Nice images.

Hi, just got me a LB last week, so perusing Zigomar's and your LB pics for inspiration.

I like this shot. I like the muted gray tones. The lone guy w/ umbrella, desolate square, and the LB blur effect, give the viewer (well, at least me) reminders/suggestions of a walk on a brisk fall day. Nice image.

I think your entry shot was the correct/best choice. I think the portrait framing/crop adds to convey height. I don't think the addition of the beams in this landscape framing/crop adds to the image. Your entry shot shows the depth of the beam he is standing on and I think that conveys the "risk" of his occupation better. Also, your entry shot shows more of the beam he is guiding in place, which conveys the precarious nature of a "loose" swinging beam. The other shots don't convey the "drama" of what he is doing; the entry shot with him standing, knees bent, steadying himself shows the tension of him guiding the beam... Entry shot is definitely the best image IMO.

Great car as the subject. But wondering why crop it like this??? Would have like to have seen the entire car.
