Noisy Treeby JeremyFleuryComment: This is a nice photo. And it leaves me wondering whether or not the grain really enhanced the image. To me, grain works best in photos that are dark, contrasty or moody, or to provide an "aged" look. This seems to me like a good image that had grain added to it for a contest, rather than an image that was enhanced by the use of grain. Keep shooting! :) |

19th century imageby p2jvrComment: This image seems pretty washed out on my monitor. Try adjusting the contrast, or if you have photoshop, try adjusting the levels. I love all those deer! :) |

Rebel by gaurawaComment: Terrific. The grain and black and white work really well here, and his expression and tattoo are awesome. Great job! |

Mystic Doeby pedahel7Comment: It's lucky that you caught this image! Parts of it seem very overexposed on my monitor. |

She Wore Red Shoesby Herblacklist12Comment: This image made me laugh hysterically (especially the title). But I'm curious-- how does grain connect with this photo? I know the image is grainy, but the subject matter does not seem to be enhanced by the grain. I just had to comment, because it's one of those obscure photos that makes me laugh. Keep shooting! |
