Nice detail for moving subjects with a slow shutter speed. Candle light is always difficult and you pulled it off well.

Otters are great, my kids could watch them at the zoo for hours. Which leaves me lots of time to photograph them so I know how hard this shot was to get. Very nicely done.

He does look like he is dancing, which I'm sure he appreciates you mentioning :)

I like the slight tilt too, which is rarely true for me. Not sure why it works in this case, but it does.
